Spletna komunikacijska orodja: Online communication tools are digital platforms or applications designed to facilitate interaction and exchange of information between individuals or groups over the internet. These tools enable real-time or asynchronous communication, allowing users to connect, share messages, documents, and multimedia content, and engage in discussions or collaborative activities without physical presence.

Orodja za spletno sodelovanje: Online collaboration tools refer to digital software and platforms that enable individuals or teams to work together, share resources, and complete tasks or projects over the internet. These tools often include features like file sharing, document editing, project management, and communication tools to streamline teamwork, even when participants are geographically dispersed.

Komunikacija in sodelovanje iz oči v oči: Komunikacija in sodelovanje iz oči v oči označujeta medosebne interakcije, ki potekajo v fizičnem, osebnem kontekstu. Pri komunikaciji iz oči v oči ljudje sodelujejo v neposrednem, nemediatiziranem pogovoru ali razpravi brez uporabe digitalnih ali elektronskih sredstev.

Uporabniški vmesnik: Uporabniški vmesnik (UI) je točka interakcije med uporabnikom in digitalno napravo ali programsko aplikacijo. Vključuje elemente in zasnovo, prek katerih uporabniki komunicirajo s tehnologijo, vključno z grafičnimi uporabniškimi vmesniki (GUI), vmesniki ukazne vrstice ter glasovnimi vmesniki ali vmesniki na dotik. Glavni cilj uporabniškega vmesnika je uporabnikom zagotoviti vizualno in funkcionalno intuitivno sredstvo za nadzor in interakcijo z osnovnim sistemom ali programsko opremo ter tako zagotoviti pozitivno uporabniško izkušnjo.
